Quality Mercedes Service
We will always price a service based on the age and mileage of your vehicle and what is needed at that time, or if you would just like a minor service at the time regardless we can carry out whatever service you would like at our site in Ellesmere Port, Wirral just outside Cheshire Oaks. Always working to keep our pledge of dealer level service at a smaller cost to the main dealer! As usual we can provide pick-up and drop off by appointment if you are in the Chester, Wirral or Runcorn areas. Naturally, every service includes our complimentary wash and vac.
Mercedes UK Training
Our Mercedes-Benz trained Technician was trained by Mercedes UK, attending many brand training courses and worked at Mercedes Warrington for many years. Since then, he has consolidated his experience working at another well known Mercedes Specialist in the Northwest before becoming co-founder of MD Motorcare in 2010. Since then, MD Motorcare has pleased hundreds of customers throughout the Northwest. In fact, Dave has even seen many cars that he serviced when at the Main Dealer, but this time it was a friendly local service at half of the price!
Premium Oils
We always use oil of the correct grade as recommended for your vehicle but when servicing our premium branded customers’ cars such your Mercedes Benz, we always use genuine Mercedes oil and if preferred Mobil 1.
Please be wary of any garages that will not tell you the grade of oil they have used on your vehicle or even worse, say: “We use 10W40 oil on all cars and we never have any problems” (A common and dangerous philosophy). The problems may not be immediate, and you may feel good about the cut price service carried out by another garage but weeks, months or years after servicing your Mercedes-Benz, the problems may arise. Increased engine component wear, damage to timing chain tensioners and destruction of DPF (Diesel Particulate Filter) are all symptoms of using the incorrect oil grade. Be sure to use someone you trust when servicing your Mercedes such as MD Motorcare to avoid hefty repair bills of up to thousands of pounds from something so simple, but often abused!
Customer Focus
As always, we are not pushy in the slightest. Our philosophy is to tell you everything that is not quite right with you Mercedes Benz. If there is a fault with the car that is potentially dangerous, then we’ll tell you, but if a component is on its way out, we’ll let you know and give the option of popping back in a few months or maybe even highlight it to be checked at next service. For example, we hear of so many people that have been pressured into having brakes changed at the main agent or other garages.
If they are 80% worn then we’ll tell you that the time for replacement is on the way but to wait for the warning light to come on. Obviously the brakes will need addressing ASAP at this point but at least you have achieved maximum value for money. Our aim is for you, the customer to receive 100% value for money and 100% satisfaction, therefore no pushy sales techniques and no intimidation, we would rather gain your loyalty and custom for the future and see you next year rather than trying to squeeze every last pound out of your visit. Warranty
Due to European Block Exemption regulations. Servicing of vehicles within the manufacturer warranty period can be carried out by independent garages. This has to be carried out in accordance with manufacturers specifications with original quality parts used. We always make sure that this is the case, sourcing genuine parts from the main dealer.
Types of Service
